Billing and Cancelation PolicySubscription Start and Renewal Dates Your subscription starts on the calendar day you register for an account and successfully enter a valid payment method. The renewal date for a monthly subscription is same numerical calendar day on each successive month. For example, a monthly subscription starting on October 2nd will renew on November 2nd and the second day of each successive month. The renewal date for a yearly subscription is the same day and month on each successive year. For example, a yearly subscription starting on January 3rd, will renew on January 3rd of each successive year.Free Trials This section only applies to subscriptions that include a free trial period. If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the stated trial period ends. If you cancel your subscription anytime before the trial period ends, your account access will end and you will not be charged. If you cancel your account after the trial period completes for a monthly account, you will be billed for the whole current subscription month (which starts on the first day of your free trial). Benito Mussolini uses 'mare nostrum' which means 'our sea.' Italy enters the war with Germany. Britain provides military aid to Greece to help them fight the fascists. The Russians asked the Allies to open a second front to divert some German forces. Operation Torch was then born, with Dwight D. Eisenhower as the Commander-in-Chief.

The British Navy engages German U-Boats and the pocket battleship Graf Spee in the South Atlantic. Meanwhile, the United States exerts its influence to keep the Vichy French from turning vessels in Martinique belonging to the surrendered French government into German hands.

The Murmansk Run required the shipping of lend-lease material by convoys to allied Russia. This meant skirting the German occupied territory of Norway, replete with air, land, and sea forces and even the weather. On the other side, the Japanese and the Aleutian Islands had to be dealt with.

Beginning in August 1943, with more ships of all types available, Admiral Nimitz and Admiral Spruance continued the drive north towards Japan, with Japanese resistance along the way, beginning with the Gilbert and Marshall Islands.
